The Waterside Restaurant

Depart Hurley for a 2½ hour cruise to the Roux brothers’ Michelin-starred Waterside Restaurant on the riverside at Bray, with drinks on board. Lunch at the restaurant and then return to Hurley*.

Henley-on-Thames

Depart Hurley for a 1½ hour cruise to the famous and picturesque Thames village of Henley-on-Thames, with drinks* on board. Free to explore the village and have lunch in one of the many restaurants or pubs, then return to Hurley.

Sonning-on-Thames

Depart Hurley for a 2½ hour cruise to the pretty Thames-side village of Sonning-on-Thames with drinks* on board. Free to explore the village and have lunch in one of the many restaurants or bars in the village and then return to Hurley.

Cliveden

Depart Hurley for a 2 hour cruise, with drinks* on board, to the spectacular country estate of Cliveden overlooking the River Thames. Now a National Trust property, Cliveden was once the centre of a glittering social circle and the home of Waldorf and Nancy Astor. Later in the 20th century it was infamously associated with the Profumo affair with the model Christine Keeler that almost brought down the Conservative Government of the day. Free to visit the National Trust Property, perhaps picnic in the grounds and then return to Hurley.

Step back in time and visit Genevieve’s home boatyard in Hurley, where the Freebody family has a 300 year history of trading on the River Thames. They are the most prolific builders of the greatest variety of river and lake craft in timber in the UK. See some of the most beautiful boats being restored by real craftsmen.
